Studio with Balcony Near Dubai Mall & Downtown

Positive: We stayed in this apartment for two days and overall had a very good experience. The apartment is exactly as described and looks like the photos. It is very clean, modern, and comfortable, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing. One thing we really liked is that the apartment is not located on a very high floor, which makes access easier and more convenient. Right in front of the apartment building there is a swimming pool. During the daytime you may occasionally hear people enjoying the pool, especially if someone is swimming or talking loudly, but this was never a major issue for us. The pool area closes around 9:00 PM, and after that it becomes very quiet and peaceful, so the nights are calm and comfortable for sleeping. The apartment itself is very well equipped. In the kitchen there is everything needed for cooking and preparing meals dishes, utensils, and basic kitchen equipment. The bathroom is also well prepared for guests, and you can find everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It really feels like the host has thought about what travelers might need. Another important thing is how clean everything was when we arrived. The apartment was spotless, well organized, and clearly maintained with care. This makes a big difference when traveling and helps you feel comfortable right away. The location is also very convenient, especially if you plan to visit Dubai Mall and the surrounding area. It is a great base for exploring the city. Overall, this is a very good apartment and we would definitely recommend it to other travelers. If we return to Dubai in the future, we would be happy to stay here again. Negative: We were traveling by car and had a parking space on level P3. The parking is convenient and secure, which is a big advantage in Dubai. However, drivers should be aware that the passages leading up to P3 are quite narrow, so it is important to drive carefully when entering or exiting the parking level. With a bit of attention it is completely manageable, but it is something to keep in mind if you have a larger vehicle.

There are 5 hours gaps between check in and check out time, which is unjustified. Positive: Location and inside facilities. Negative: Check in and check out time.

Negative: The staff took too long to respond we had to call booking.com to get through to them, the bathroom could use a little maintenance on the ceiling, location is good, check out time is ridiculously early

Positive: I had a fantastic stay at this studio in MAG. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to Dubai Mall, shops, and restaurants, yet still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was smooth, communication was fast and professional, and the host was very helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.
